Sometimes I wish we could be color-blind.

Our problems are not completely new. It seems that people have always struggled to get along. I have a son from another race, and it breaks my heart to think some might not think as highly of him.

Show the Love

We can stay comfortable, surrounded by friends and stacking up toys. We can talk about Jesus in our safe zones. We can memorize Scripture and play it cool. We can faithfully attend church and sing a chorus or two. Or…we can take our faith one step deeper to go & do. If our faith is genuine, it impacts all areas of our lives.

You can get to a place of forgiveness by reminding yourself that “You mess up too.” We all do. We all are messes needing a Saviour.

Think for a moment of someone who has spoken life into you. What was said that made such a difference? Was it their impeccable timing? Or their desire to bring out the best in you?

Life will present us with hundreds of opportunities in a single week to take a look at our internal world, to walk with God there, and to become more fully His.

How Are You?

May you feel the presence of God’s unfailing, never-ceasing, all-encompassing, amazing agape love for you today. You never have to prove your worth to Him because you are already proven worthy!
