It is tempting to seek God’s direction more so than seeking God Himself. We freak out when problems arise…do I hear an “Amen”?
Fortunately, in the midst of the mess, God is at work. We can’t mess-up God’s plan. The Bible reveals to us our sinfulness and our powerlessness over and over again. It is showing us our need for a Savior.
We are seeing God calling us into a personal relationship. Not because of anything we have done or ever could do. Simply because He wants to.
It is important for us to understand that we live in God’s universe. He has authority over us. #bible #Jesus #Devo
Whether you are in a season of waiting to see God work in your life or celebrating where you are right now…may we all be reminded that we were put here in this world to live humble, sacrificial, servant-like lives that point upward to Jesus. The day-to-day faithfulness counts!
